We’re just coming off of one of our biggest events of the year, the 5th Annual JJ Watt Charity Classic. When planning such a huge event, every stage of the planning process is crucial, especially considering this process begins nearly a year in advance—contacting the sponsors, securing a date and venue, gathering volunteers and tying down the small details.
